Ajedrez boxeo

 El Chess Boxing es un deporte que combina el ajedrez y el boxeo. Se da con 2 oponentes durante 11 rounds. En boxeo y en ajedrez se puede dar la posibilidad de DRAW (o empate), esto se da si ambos boxeadores están knock out (KO) o en caso de estar jugando al ajedrez si solo quedan en juego los reyes.
Comienza con una partida de ajedrez de 4 minutos seguida por 3 minutos de boxeo. Se da el ajedrez BLITZ (o rápido) en donde se acuerda un tiempo de antemano.
El ganador se decide por jaque mate, KO o por decisión de los jueces. El color de los guantes ha de ser negro o rojo.
El primer campeonato de Europa fue en Berlín 2005, y el primer campeonato mundial en Amsterdam 2003.

Okavango

El río Okavango es un largo río africano que nace en Angola, en una zona bastante lluviosa. Tras un recorrido de casi 1.000 km penetra en una cuenca, ya en Botsuana, donde ha formado una extensa región aluvional  conocida como el delta del Okavango. Se trata de un río alóctono.

Tiene mucha vida silvestre que habita allí libremente los mamíferos más representativos son :Los leones del Okavango son famosos por su tamaño y fortaleza, los leopardos, los elefantes, los rinocerontes, búfalos negros,
perros salvajes y por último, el guepardo.
Además también hay mucha  variedad de aves como el águila marcial.

 

La mejor época para ver aves y vegetación es entre noviembre y abril (época de lluvia) y para ver los mamíferos, entre mayo y octubre cuando las aguas bajan.
Tiene una gran importancia que forma la frontera del sur de Namibia y el norte de Angola.

The Police comienza su historia en Londres, en 1976. En la capital británica se unieron tres jóvenes músicos: el guitarrista francés Henry Padovani, Sting (que tocaba el contrabajo en un modesto grupo de jazz) y Stewart Copeland.The Police comienza subiéndose al carro del 'punk', de moda en aquella época, pera tanto Sting como Stewart odiaban la falta de calidad de aquel movimiento. En 1978 publican su primer álbum, 'Outlandos D'Amour', que se convirtió en un gran éxito de ventas. En este disco se mezclaban aires de jazz, reggae y rock.

Al año siguiente sacan su segundo disco, 'Reggatta De Blanc', tras el que inician su primera gran gira. Un año después editan 'Zenyatta Mondatta', un disco que hicieron a disgusto y por presiones de la compañía, a pesar de que contenía algún tema de calidad.

En 1981 The Police publican 'Ghost In The Machine' y en 1983 'Sinchronicity', su último disco y que contenía el mayor éxito de la banda, 'Every Breath You Take'. Este disco fue grabado en Canadá y fue número uno en Inglaterra y en Estados Unidos durante 17 semanas, consiguiendo tres premios Grammy.

 

Mi canción favorita es "Every breath you take" ya que sin duda creo que su letra está llena de sentimientos que en muchas ocasiones nos vemos identificados con el contenido de las letras.

No es fácil, pero tampoco imposible

En este video vemos como nada es imposible, solo teóricamente improbable.
La Real academia define la palabra improbable como algo que no tiene facultad ni medios para llegar a ser, o suceder. Y define improbable como algo inverosímil, que no se funda en una razón prudente. Puestos a escoger, a mi me gusta más la improbabilidad, que la imposibilidad.  Como a todo el mundo, supongo. La improbabilidad duele menos, y deja un resquicio a la esperanza, a la épica. El amor, las relaciones, los sentimientos, no se fundan en una razón prudente. Porque lo improbable es, por definición,  probable. Lo que es casi seguro que no pase, es que puede pasar. Y mientras haya una posibilidad, media posibilidad entre mil millones de que pase, vale la pena intentarlo.

Chapito

El restaurante Chapito se creó hace aproximadamente unos 25 años, está en Lisboa y se encuentra cerca del río Tajo.

Es un restaurante muy diverso, ya que además de poder probar unos platos deliciosos, también puedes disfrutar de muchas actividades entretenidas para que los más pequeños se puedan divertir, algunos día hay actuaciones de teatro; por lo que se podría decir que es un restaurante "multi".

Los clientes salen muy satisfechos y siempre suelen volver ya que los encargados son muy acogedores. Yo os recomiendo que si algún día pasais por Lisboa tenéis que visitarlo, pués merece la pena y seguro que volveis.

The restaurant Chapito was created 25 years ago, it´s in Lisboa near the Tajo river.

It is very miscellaneous restaurant, because you can test delicius dishes and enjoy with entertaiment activities for the little people. Some days there are some theatre activities, so we can say that Chapito it´s a "multi" restaurant.

The customers are very satisfied with the restaurant because the waitres are very frienldy, so if you will go to Lisboa you must visit this restaurant.

Navidades sin chimenea

                                          

Las tradiciones y simbolos navideños proceden de diferentes culturas a través de los siglos, y cuando a esa tradicion se añade una sociedad multicultural como la australiana y un clima caluroso, el resultado son unas navidades muy especiales.
